About Us

Healthy Communities St. Charles County is a non-profit organization that listens to the health needs of the community and acts to create a healthier community for all.

Listen + Act = Positive Health Outcomes

How do we do this?

  1. We listen to the health needs of the community through a large network of volunteer Task Force Members that advise us on community health needs, and through the Community Health Needs Assessment.
  2. From that, we act by creating health programs to meet those needs.

By listening and responding to our residents, we create a healthier community for all in which to live, work, and play!

You can help create a healthier community by:
